Declarations Department

Headed by the Deputy Director

The Declarations Department comprises the following technical divisions:

Monitoring and Verification

Responsible for ensuring that all required public officers submit declarations within the prescribed timeframe and for verifying the accuracy and completeness of submitted declarations.

Records and Documentation

Handles receipt, processing, and management of declarations, including file custody and database maintenance. Also manages public access applications and feedback.

Public Education

Implements civic education strategies to promote awareness of the Act, advises public officers on their obligations, and provides guidance on completing declarations.

Research, Policy and Planning

Responsible for policy development, planning, budgeting coordination, monitoring programs, and conducting research on key issues.

Headed by the Finance and Administration Manager

Human Resource

Manages staff recruitment, welfare, performance, and development.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

Oversees development and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, systems, and networks, ensuring security, availability, and efficient service delivery.

Finance and Accounting

Responsible for financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

Procurement

Manages acquisition of goods and services in compliance with regulations and ensures value for money.
