SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL DECLARATION UPDATE RETURNS BY LISTED PUBLIC OFFICERS: 1ST – 30TH JULY, 2021

The Director of Public Officers’ Declarations hereby gives Notice to all Public Officers listed in the First Schedule of the Public Officers’ (Declaration of Assets, Liabilities and Business Interests) Act, 2013, and have previously submitted an Initial Declaration or Annual Declarations as the case may be, that each one of them is required to submit a duly completed, signed and commissioned Annual Declaration Form for the July 2020 to June 2021 declaration period.

Eligible Listed Public Officers are required to submit the Annual Declarations between 1st July 2021 and 30th July 2021. Officers that have assumed listed positions and have never submitted their declarations are advised to submit their Initial Declarations.
