The 18th and 19th December 2019 were days of reflection for the Office of the Director of Public Officers’ Declarations at Kabumba Hotel in Salima. ODPOD management and members of staff had time to review their work in order to strengthen areas were done well, change for the better where there were lags and suggest innivation in other areas of operation. At the review meering an HIV and AIDS presentation on current trends of incidences on social conduct was made to all available staff by Mr. H. Katengeza from Ministry of Health. Some staff that performed well in various categories were awarded. It was also a time to bid farewell to some security personnel who have been with the ODPOD for some time. Certificates were also awarded to them. Aerobics and sports were part of team building activities.
